IACBAM 3003 CBAM MRV Refresher Training and Delta Examination

CBAM legislation and its monitoring, reporting and verification requirements continue to evolve. To ensure that IACBAM 3003 trainers remain up to date, IACBAM organises an annual refresher training, followed by a delta examination.

The first refresher training is expected to take place online on 29 September 2026 and will focus on the latest developments concerning CBAM monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV).

What does the programme include?

• • A complimentary one-hour online refresher session

• • An overview of relevant CBAM MRV developments

• • Practical guidance for incorporating the updates into IACBAM training

• • An online delta examination through the IACBAM portal

The delta examination assesses only the new or updated knowledge covered by the refresher training. Successful completion confirms that the trainer remains current with the latest IACBAM 3003 requirements.

Who should participate?

The programme is intended for certified IACBAM 3003 trainers. To maintain up-to-date trainer status, participation and successful completion of the delta examination are required.

Fees

The delta examination fee is €199 per trainer, subject to a maximum of €199 per company payable when taking the exam. Where several certified trainers work for the same company, they may all participate under a single company fee (please contact us after payment for a voucher for the remaining personnel).

From October 2026, MRV-related questions will also be incorporated into the IACBAM 3004 examination.
